This PE practice exam book is older but so helpful. The book has three practice exams with 100 questions each so it’s a great resource to keep testing/timing yourself. I found these questions to be more challenging than the new open book resources so they reflected the problem solving you may need to do on the actual exam. I found the conceptual questions in here very relevant as well.
