This was originally published in a 1973 and this is a 1980 printing. This 5" x 8" booklet from Hazelden has 18 pages that are in very good condition. Also, the staples have a little rust inside and out.
This older Hazelden booklet is in good condition overall. The original owner has crimped his initials on the front page in a circular crimp. The edges on the back cover seem to have a little tanning.
Pages are free of markings and still white. There is an old label on back cover of booklet.

This is only a reading copy. The spine needs to be taped. The cover is good on front, but the back is all tattered and about to fall off. The pages are all very clean and in very good shape but do have a faint tan to them.
