This is a used copy of the official Le Cordon Bleu Professional Cooking Textbook issued at their schools. This is the 5th edition. It has writing on all three sides across the pages (see photo) of the name of the studen who it belonged to previously. Also has what appears to be slight water damage across the bottom Inch of the book, but it doesn't effect the functionality of the book. Noticiable "waves" and discoloration, but nothing too serious. It is 11 inches by 9 inches and 960 pages. ***DOES NOT COME WITH CD ROM.***
